I was just in Italy on a Road Scholar trip in Florence, and the company that did the local arrangements was: Noriela Aguilar (noriela@exploreitaly.net) Italian Exclusive Vacations 24 Crescent Street, Suite 403 Waltham, MA 02453 Ph: 781-899-0900 Fax: 781-899-0227 Noriela also helped me with arrangements in Venice. I think this might be a good starting point to try to find a car/driver as they seem to do "everything Italy". After the art program, I did a group tour of Tuscany/Umbria, staying in lessor-travelled hill towns. The largest town we visited was Siena. I asked the guide about car/drivers and he recommended these two companies.
