Hotel near Arc de Triomphe

We will be spending two days in Paris before leaving on a barge trip. The group is meeting at a somewhat expensive hotel in the Arc de Triomphe area. We would appreciate suggestions on moderately priced hotels in that area.

it is a "cozy" boutique hotel - a few blocks from Arc de Triumph.

My sisters and I stayed at the Balmoral-a very short distance from the Arc de Triomphe and its Metro stop(and we had luggage)! Our triple room was small, but the bathroom was huge and modern.
