In May 2021 we reserved 2 business class tickets from Denver to Munich, Germany and purchased their flight insurance. On July 1, 2021, United cancelled our flight. We have been trying to get a refund for 2 months with no luck! United is holding the refund for future travel instead of a refund. We want the refund to use.
