Local Travel Guides

I am leaving March 24th for a trip that starts in Hong Kong (1 day there), and includes Manila (Philippines), Indonesia-Balkipapan (Borneo), Palapo (Sulawesi), Komodo Island, Semarang, and Singapore (1 day after leaving ship). Does anyone know of any local guides in these locations that I could contact? They would need to meet me at the dock. In Bali, on a previous trip, I used a guide that I learned about from someone in ITN, and am using him again on this trip. ITN information also helped me find volunteer guides for three cities in Japan a few years ago. My departure date is approaching fast, and any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
