We were traveling around India with a small British group back in 1980 when we visited the Ajanta Caves to see the Buddhist carvings on the walls.

Ian, one of our Brits, was standing in front of a carving when a little woman from a German tour group began pushing him aside while waving her camera. He was blocking her intended photo.

Without a moment’s hesitation, Ian made a quarter turn, struck a pose and in a true Limey dialect said, “Oh, you want me good side!”
