Now here is Rosemary’s essay.

What could be sweeter than exploring Sweden in a brand-new Volvo?

Mountains, meadows, moose and miles of wilderness. Evergreen forests, wooden windmills and houses with tiny windows to keep out the harsh winter cold. Gigantic woodpiles for winter warmth; rustling leaves of birch trees. The rocky Bothnian coastline and pristine lakes filled with boats, large and small. Ancient cathedrals, open-air museums with Bronze Age rock carvings. The Kingdom of Crystal, with the famous glassworks of Orrefors, Kosta Boda and Mats Jonasson. Brightly painted, carved, wooden Dalarna horses. Mosquitoes in Lapland large enough to carry away kittens. Menu items of elk (moose), reindeer and interesting flavors of aquavit. Clean and comfortable accommodations and clean, healthy air. Wonderful, friendly and helpful people.

These are my memories of Sweden, and that’s why I’m sweet on Sweden!
