Looking for company to plan private tour of Italy

We are looking for recommendations for an company to help plan a private tour to Italy that would encompass several locations northern and central Italy, including San Marino. At our age we prefer having a private driver/car for at least most of the tour, rather than relying on public transportation. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Italian Exclusive Vacations (does the local arrangements for many of Road Scholar’s Italy trips) helped me with private arrangements before and after a Road Scholar trip. Their guides and car/drivers were excellent.
