Orcas in Australia

At the undersea Bremer Canyon off the coast of the town of Bremer Bay, which is southeast of Perth in Western Australia, the largest gathering of orcas (killer whales) in the Southern Hemisphere occurs each summer, lasting from January into April.

Passengers also could see sperm whales, pilot whales, dolphins and other marine life.
In 2017, expeditions leave daily at 8:30 a.m., Jan. 28-April 17, from Bremer Bay’s boat harbor, returning around 3:30 p.m. AUD350 (near $270) per person includes an onboard lunch and tea.
